1840's Lacy Flint Glass Tumbler - Possibly French

Description

1850’s lacy glass tumbler made in either France or Belgium.
It does have some discoloration (in one area you can see a slight swirl of white opalescent color near top rim.)
There is what appears to look like a fracture near rim running from near rim to base which feels more like a ridge on inside (believe it to be mold imperfection).
Tumbler measures approx. 4 1/8” in height and 3” in diameter.
