Antique Photographs, 2 Handcolored, Oval Frame, Pekingnese.
2 antique hand colored oval photographs of a rich young woman, One photo is in a gold color oval frame with a filigree border. The young woman wears a very fancy dress accented by lace and a flower trim. She sits on what looks like a ruby color damask or silk covered couch,
The other photo is loose with no frame and she is holding her pet pekingnese dog.
Both photos come in a presentation case. Exact age is unknown.  I believe it is American.
Size; framed photo is 4 1/2” high and the unframed photo is 3 1/2” high.
Case measures 4 1/2” wide x 6” high
Condition: framed photo is in good condition and back of oval frame had a ding.
Unframed photo has a small ding (see image)
Case is worn as shown and has an odor.
