    Antique Sandwich Glass 12 Sided Flint Glass Cup Plate, LR-236, The Boston and Sandwich Glass Co., c. 1835-1845. This Sandwich glass cup plate is one of the few that was made with twelve sides to the outer rim, with 81 scallops. The cup plate is very pretty with a triangle in the center with three scrolls around the triangle. This pattern is Lee-Rose #236 and it is listed in Lee - Rose cup plate book, where it attributes it to Sandwich Glass. I offer this early Sandwich glass cup plate here with no reserve and a Buy It Now. DIMENSIONS: This large early cup plate is 7/16" thick x 3 5/8" Dia. CONDITION: The condition is very good with minimal roughness to the rim. There are also straw marks, bubbles, sand and other imperfections in the glass typical of glassware from this very early period.
