    Description

    This auction is for an Antique Thumbprint EAPG Flint Glass Tumbler, Possibly Sandwich, c. 1850-1870. This is a very fine heavy flint glass footed tumbler in one of the more popular Early American Pattern Glass patterns. This tumbler has a short foot with a polished pontil on the underside. The tumbler is brilliant and rings like a bell when "dinged" with a finger. I offer this fine Thumbprint tumbler with a Buy It Now. DIMENSIONS: The tumbler stands 4 3/16" H. x 2 15/16" Dia. at the top. CONDITION: The condition is very good with no damage and minimal wear commensurate with age. The glass does show the imperfections found in all early flint glass. This includes; bubbles, straw marks, striations and bits of sand.
