En el ovalo el Dr. Tomas Julio Martinez Rosello, que por espacio de siete y medio anos ha venido desempenandog cio Dental Escolar de Caibarien, por la Secretaria de Sanidad."
This is followed by the name of the correspondent:
"Arturo Martinez Ylla
Corresponsal Caibarien."
The caption loosely translates to: Dental Cabinet donated by the Rotary Club of Caibarien to the Secretary of Health and Charity, for the School Dental Service. In the oval (?), Dr. Tomas Julio Martinez Rosello, who has been practicing for seven and a half years at the Dental School of Caibarien, as or by the Secretary of Health.
There is also some handwriting on the back, but we cannot decipher it.

SIZE. Approximately 8 x 10 inches.
CONDITION. Missing emulsion on the right side of the full length swinging doors. Some soiling. Some discoloration. Spots and specks. Creases,  wrinkles, and some scuffing - most of this is more apparent when tilted. Wear at corners. A bit of wear at top edge. Back has heavy foxing.
APPEARANCE. Glossy. Very good tones, as well as tonal range. Some great details - lots to look at.
