Description
Mid to late 19th Century Sawtooth creamer with an applied handle and rayed base. This creamer is pictured in plate #40 on page 132 of "Early American Pressed Glass" First Edition 1931 by Ruth Webb Lee (see picture #8)
It is about 6 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" wide.
It is in excellent condition. The top of the applied handle has no damage. The bottom of the applied handle has one hard to feel & see in-the-making hairline. There is some light and hard-to-see in-the-making discoloration on the bottom of the handle. Where the handle meets the Sawtooth pattern should not be mistaken for damage. There is some very light surface wear. There is one small shallow flake on the bottom (see picture #7 at about 10 o'clock). This piece displays very well.
My pictures don't always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's PayPal account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands.
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail fully insured.
