Most of our items are considered used or pre-owned and we are not experts in any field, so when we state there maybe issues or "sold as parts and/or repair" please take that into consideration because we will not accept returns when something is discovered under the pretenses. We need our customers to understand that when you are buying used items it is largely at your own risk. If you do purchase something then discover an unknown defect contact us first so we can work with you. All of our items are sold AS IS. We make no warranties nor guarantees on any of our items.     About Us:
    Thank you for visiting our eBay store and considering our products! We are a small family owned business, operating in Salida, CO by two brothers. This business was started in July of 2017, and we have worked hard to establish good standing relationships with our clients, eBay, and our third-party partners. We are thankful to say we are a young growing company and offer outstanding customer service, unique treasures, and timely shipping which have made us who we are.  We love our business, and we love our customers.
    The brothers also operate Ship’N Things which is a brick and mortar store front on Highway 50 in Salida, CO which is a full-service shipping, freight, and fulfillment center open to the public.  Office services such as faxing, printing, scanning, and much more are also offered.
    Update
    Please note that USPS has experienced significant operating disruptions as a result of the current events. We maintain that your package will be sent within 3 business days, however, there has been several instances where the post office has not scanned packages and had significant delays on the delivery date.
    We understand that in many cases USPS is the cheapest shipping method, but if your order is time sensitive, we advise that you select FedEx or UPS instead. If you do select USPS, we do not guarantee that the item will show up prior to the estimated delivery date.
    Environmental Policy:
    We try to be as environmentally responsible as possible as part of the core of our corporate structure. Most packages will contain recycled packing material that we receive from the community here. Using recycled material, allows us to ensure that every package is professionally packed appropriately for shipping at our retail location Ship’N’Things.
    Guarantees & Warranties:
    Please note that a majority of what we sell are used items that we acquire through estate buyouts. We try as hard as we can to test items thoroughly prior to listing, however due to the wide range of items that we sell, we do not claim to be experts in anything.
    We make no guarantees that we have been able to identify all defects or know if there are any missing pieces. All used items are sold as is, therefore customer’s will be purchasing at their own risk. We offer no guarantees nor warranties. There are times where we are unable to test the item for one reason or the other, we will clearly state the limitations to our testing in the description.
    Shipping Terms:
    We have a 3-day business shipping policy, which means that we will have your package shipped within 3 business days from when the payment is received. This is also eBay’s policy.
    Due to the highs and lows of current events, increased CPG purchases online, occasionally we see a slight delay in getting the item shipped out the next business day. We observe all Federal National Holidays and run a skeleton crew during those times. Shipment order of processing is coordinated by our eBay back office and we pride ourselves on making our delivery deadlines.
    Best Offers:
    We do accept best offers on almost every item, please note that any best offer with any kind of adjustment to shipping cost will be automatically rejected.
    When a Best Offer is presented, bear in mind, that we have no control over shipping costs with national carriers, those rates are flow through fixed costs to us and then passed to the consumer.
    If you are looking to purchase an item at a specific price, including shipping, please subtract the shipping cost presented in the listing from your target price, if the offer is reasonable it will be accepted.
    Cancellations:
    We are not able to cancel orders that are marked on our end as being processed for shipment, due to high volumes of shipments being processed through our facility. Identifying specific items in our shipping queue creates significant operational issues, so we do not honor those requests. If you purchased an item that you did not want to purchase, please wait for the item to arrive and request a return. We accept returns for 30 days after delivery, please note that we do not refund the original shipping or pay for return shipping to our facility.
    If an item is purchased but not paid for and a cancellation is requested, the item will need to go through an unpaid item claim. It typically takes about 5 days for the process to work its way out, and once the case is closed the item will be cancelled. We do not make exceptions for this rule.
