    Description

    There is one Flower 19th century Cup Plates.  In the 19th century often an individual would drink out of a cup plate as opposed to a cup.  They would pour coffee or tea into the plate and sip from the plate.  The 19th Century cup plates from Boston Sandwich Company was produced in Sandwich MA.  The director of the company developed a better process for pressed glass.  He did not develop process for pressed glass but he did get several patens for perfecting the process.  The plate is 3" in diameter.
