    PRE-SEASONED In.“ We have pre-seasoned the pan to help begin the non-stick process and to extend the life of the pan.  We recommend that you still do some occasional seasoning In. of your own to keep the cooking surface in optimal shape.
    EVEN COOKING In.“ Cast Iron retains heat well which results in more even cooking.  Preheat your stovetop or oven to low heat and gradually turn up the heat for optimal heat distribution.  By heating the pan slowly, you can control the heat better. Always warm the pan before adding food to the pan.
    EASY TO CARE FOR In.“ For everyday cleaning use a cloth or soft vegetable brush with warm water and mild soap.  Always dry the pan thoroughly before storing.
