Pattern description: "Sports shirt...long sleeve version with shirt front and pockets in contrast. Convertible sports collar. Two patch pockets with flaps. Shirt back gathered onto shoulder yoke. Top-stitching on pockets, shoulder seams and back yoke...flat fell seams at arm-holes, sleeves and sides. V.2 short sleeve version, all one fabric."

Cut/Used: Neatly cut. Tissues in good condition with the exception of piece B (chest pocket) which has a corner chunk missing. This will be very easy to fix.
